What’s the turnaround time on edits?
The turnaround time typically takes 7-10 business days, once the client chooses their favorites from the session.
When do I pay the remaining balance? Can I pay all upfront?
The remaining balance is due the day of the session. If you wish to pay for the entire investment during scheduling, you can do so as well.
Can I have the RAW files?
Depending on your package choice, you may choose to purchase additional images. Unedited images are included in the High End packages.
How long do you store our images?
When images are delivered, they'll be present in the gallery for up to three months. We encourage clients to download immediately after delivery.
Why do I have to pay a retainer?
This allows our company the ability to know you're serious about securing a session with us.
Can I bring a friend or hype man for support?
Yes you can, but please let us know prior to arrival.
Will you retouch (photoshop) how I look?
Photoshop retouches are included in the High End packages only due to the timely process.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non refundable. If you update me at least 72 hours from your scheduled time, your deposit can be transferred. If that timeframe hasn't been met, the deposit becomes forfeited and client(s) have to submit a new deposit to secure a later date.
